Since 2005, Specialist Technician at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (DiSAA) of the University of Milan.
His technical and scientific qualifications developed in the fields of Agronomy, modelling of plant growth, soil physics and Hydrology, Software Development and Scientific Computation.
Experience/Activities: His activity is witnessed by later than 30 papers concerning different scientific and technical topics.
His main research fields concern:
- crop sistems (e.g. rice, maize, wheat,..)
- Sampling methods, both in crop fields and in Laboratory
- Plant Growth Analysis, both classical and functional approach
- Experimental planning and statistical data analysis
- Simulation models of plant growth, soil water Dynamics, physics
- Development of computational algorithms by means of different programming languages (e.g. C/C++, C#, etc.).
Hobbies: naturalistic photography, mountain excursions, Physical Experiments with Microcontrollers Arduino.
